Zulma Steele was a painter, printmaker, ceramicist, and furniture designer who lived at Byrdcliffe from 1903 through the teens. Her monotype of White Pines, the Arts and Crafts style mansion of Byrdcliffe’s founders, highlights the untamed natural surroundings of the Byrdcliffe Colony.
