Often disturbing and mysterious, the images in Richard Bosman’s neo-expressionist paintings and prints are based on stories from adventure novels and comic books. Using thick, rough, and jagged lines, Bosman creates a descriptive texture for this imperfect composition of a beseiged man warding off nine bats.
